What we receive
If you email us or use the enquiry form, we may receive your name, business email, company, coffee interests, estimated volume, destination market, message, and anything else you choose to include. You can contact us directly by email without using the form.
When you submit the enquiry form, Cloudflare processes your details and sends an enquiry email to Sibu’s published Gmail address. We do not store enquiries in a website database. If delivery fails, the form explains this and offers a direct email contact.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce spam and abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed showing our office. Loading the map sends your browser request to Google, which handles technical information under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer your questions, discuss coffee availability and samples, prepare requested commercial information, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate basis to do so.
Where it goes
Enquiry emails are received at Sibu’s published Gmail address and may be accessed by Sibu staff who need them to respond. Google provides the mailbox service. Your own email provider also handles the message you send. We do not sell enquiry information. We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate our communications, or where disclosure is required by law.
These providers may process information outside Ethiopia. Please do not send sensitive personal information through a general coffee enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage related business records. Contractual, accounting, or legal requirements may require us to keep some records longer. You can ask us about or request deletion of information using the contact details above.
Your choices and requests
